چکیده

Plants of Vigna Savi genus are widely used in the world as food and medicinal plants. Most investigations propagated biochemical composition biological activity seeds these plants due to high content proteins but fewer studies about above-ground plant part. The aim this study focused on investigation antioxidant spp. raw angularis (Willd.) Ohwi & H. Ohashi, V. mungo (L.) Hepper, radiata Wilczek, unguiculata Walp. was collected from M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden Academy Sciences Ukraine experimental collection at start vegetation flowering stage. At determined 45.27–77.21 mg GAE.g-1 (gallic acid equivalent) total polyphenol compounds (TPC), 8.67–20.48 CAE.g-1 (caffeic phenolic acids (TPAC), 31.84–47.97 QE.g-1 (quercetin flavonoids (TFC), 6.97–8.14 TE.g-1 (Trolox by DPPH method, 110.52 142.61 AA phosphomolybdenum method. stage found following results: 27.16–78.11 compounds, 4.97–17.16 acids, 18.27–54.26 flavonoids, 4.6–6.69 45.16–110.27 A very strong correlation between method TPAC (r = 0.883), TPC 0.858), TFC 0.843) These results can be for further pharmacological

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

comparison of catalytic activity of heteropoly compounds in the synthesis of bis(indolyl)alkanes.

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...

Antioxidant Activity of Methanol and Ethanol Extracts of Satureja hortensis L. in Soybean Oil

Background: Considering the wide consumption of some synthetic antioxidants and their probable negative health effects, in this study, the protective effects of Satureja hortensis L. extracts in stabilizing soybean oil against oxidation at different concentrations (200 and 400 ppm) were tested. Methods: The aerial parts of S. hortensis L. were collected from Isfahan province and extracted with...
